There's a great deal of talk -- and concern -- these days over things like school performance, state and common core standards, and accountability… and of course what all of this means for the average student, the test. In most states, the test begins in third grade because that's when federal guidelines require it.

3rd_grade_testingBut here at We Come to Learn we want to focus on what happens long before the third grade test. We believe in using the most up-to-date technologies to present the basic, fundamental, and necessary skills and knowledge that build a solid academic foundation. In this way we are not only helping to prepare children for a test but also for life and learning in general.

In no way to we mean to diminish the importance of the test  or the standards from which it is derived because this is the yardstick by which students, teachers, principals, even whole communities are currently measured, and that's a big deal.

But isn't it nice to know that learning can still be fun, engaging, and enjoyable? We certainly think so.
